Hands-on, time-boxed consulting engagements (typically 2 to 4 weeks) embedding directly with startup founding teams to architect AI-native features and eliminate operational drag.

All prices for masterclasses, sprints, and advisory seats are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian residents and United States Dollars (USD) for international clients, exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.

Payment must be completed in full prior to cohort seat confirmation or project kickoff through our authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).

Invoices with applicable GST details are issued automatically to the provided billing email address upon payment confirmation.

4.1 Platform Content

All written articles, proprietary frameworks, custom graphics, diagrams, and site design on h1902y.com are the intellectual property of Harshit, protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4.2 Open-Source Artifacts

Code snippets, runnable scripts, and starter templates published under public repository links are licensed under the MIT License, allowing reproduction, modification, and distribution with proper attribution.

4.3 Client Advisory Deliverables

For bespoke founders architecture sprints, all bespoke code, schemas, and system documentation authored specifically for the client transfer to the client upon full payment settlement as specified in the engagement contract.

You agree not to disrupt the platform, misuse API routes, conduct unauthorized vulnerability scans, or scrape content in violation of rate limits.

In no event shall Harshit (h1902y) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of your use of the Website, research benchmarks, or advisory implementations.

Total aggregate liability under any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Harshit for the specific service in dispute during the preceding three (3) months.

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
