No coding background needed.

A report you rebuild every week, an inbox you sort by hand, a family budget: if a task eats your time, at work or at home, bring it and build your app for it.

  • A working app. Your own, built along live from your own task, with a link you can open after.
  • A one-page spec. The input, what the AI does, the output and the done test, ready for your own task.
  • The prompt pack. The prompts used in the build, to reuse at work.
  • The replay. Emailed the same evening, so you can rewatch the build.

5–12 minThree kinds of AI apps

Assistant (drafts), automation (moves data), analyzer (reads and flags). Pick yours.

12–25 minSpec it, together

Everyone writes a one-page spec for their own task: input, what the AI does, output, and the "done" test.

25–60 minBuild along

The host builds one on screen while you build yours, with checkpoints at 35 and 50 minutes.

60–70 minShow and fix

3–4 attendees share their screen and we fix what broke, live.

70–78 minWhat breaks

Data and privacy, cost per run, and when not to use AI.

78–85 minThe 4-week path
