This Cancellation and Refund Policy defines the conditions, timelines, and procedures governing refunds, seat transfers, and contract terminations for live builder masterclasses, founders architecture sprints, and technical advisory services.
If you request cancellation at least 7 full calendar days before the first live workshop session, you are eligible for a 100% full monetary refund, or an immediate free transfer to any future cohort seat.
Because cohort capacity is capped strictly at 12 participants and seats cannot easily be backfilled on short notice, cancellations within 7 days of cohort start will receive a 100% credit voucher valid for 12 months for any upcoming cohort or consulting service.
Once the first live session of a cohort has commenced, no monetary refunds will be issued. Participants who miss a live session due to unforeseen emergencies will receive complete session recordings, code repositories, and a 1-on-1 30-minute catch-up session.
100% refund of the deposit if cancellation is requested in writing before the kickoff discovery meeting takes place.
If a client terminates a multi-week sprint before the midpoint milestone, fees for uncompleted milestones will be refunded prorata, while completed sprint deliverables remain the client's property.

Refund Settlement SLA: Upon written approval, refunds are initiated immediately through our payment gateway (Razorpay / Stripe) and will reflect in your bank account, credit card, or UPI within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's clearing cycle.
