The AI team
a solo founder can’t hire yet.
Your part-time Chief AI Officer: we decide what AI should do in your business, build it, and keep it running. A small senior team, for less than one hire.
Start with a four-week trial for $2,500 · then $5,000 a month
Sound familiar?
You know AI matters.
You don’t know what to bet on.
Which AI is worth building?
There is a new model and a new tool every week. You need someone to say what will move your business, and what to ignore.
What will it cost to run?
Model, voice and hosting bills grow with every customer. You want the cost per customer worked out before you build, not after.
Who builds it, and who owns it?
No technical co-founder, and a freelancer lottery feels risky. You want one accountable person, and the product, data and code in your name.
How it works
We make the AI calls with you.
Then we build it.
Weeks 1–2 are an AI diagnostic. From week 3 we build in two-week cycles, with a working demo every Friday. At the end of every cycle you choose to continue or stop.
Weeks 1–2 · AI diagnostic
Decide before you build.
The first half of your trial month. It ends in a written plan you keep, whether or not you build with us.
- What to automate first, and what to leave alone
- Model and vendor choices, with the cost per customer
- A six-week build plan you keep, whether or not you build with us
Weeks 1–2
Diagnose: decide what to build
We map your business, pick the one workflow worth automating, choose models and vendors, and work out the cost per customer. You keep the written plan.

Who you’ll work with
The person you talk to
is the person building it.
No account managers and no hand-offs. Harshit leads every build, with a few senior friends who have shipped with him before.

Questions
Things founders ask first.
How do we start?
Send a request through the form: a few lines on what you want to do with AI. We reply by email within one business day. If it is a fit, the first month starts: two weeks of AI diagnostic that end in a written plan, then two weeks building the first version.
What does it cost to start?
Start with the trial month: $2,500 for weeks 1–4, two weeks of AI diagnostic, then two weeks building the first version. At the end of week 4 you choose to continue or stop, and if you stop there is nothing more to pay. After that it is $5,000 a month, in two-week cycles you can stop at the end of. If you only want the plan, the diagnostic on its own is $1,500 for two weeks; building afterwards starts with a two-week trial at $2,000, so taking the first month upfront saves $1,000.
What is a fractional Chief AI Officer?
A senior person who owns your AI decisions part-time: what to automate, which models and vendors to use, what it will cost per customer, and what could go wrong. Ours also builds what we recommend and keeps it running, so a solo founder gets an AI team without hiring one.
How is this different from a fractional CTO or an agency?
A fractional CTO usually advises and leaves the building to you. An agency builds what you ask for. We do both for AI: we help decide what is worth building, then build it, with one person accountable from the first decision to launch and a few senior friends building alongside.
Do I need a technical background?
No. You bring the idea and the customer knowledge. We make the AI and technical decisions with you, explain them in plain language, and show you a working demo every Friday.
What do I get by week 8?
One AI workflow, such as answering calls, sorting email or summarising meetings, plus a simple web app your users can sign in to. We host and run it while we build, and you can move it to your own accounts whenever you like.
How much of my time does it take?
About two to three hours a week: a Monday planning call, a Friday demo, and quick answers in between.
Who actually builds it?
A small senior team. One lead runs your project from start to finish and is your single point of contact; a few specialists we have shipped with before join when the work needs them. They are paid by us and under the same NDA.
Who owns the product and the code?
You do. Your product, your data and your code are yours. We host it on our accounts while we build and run it, and you can move it to your own accounts anytime; we help with the move.
What happens after launch?
You can keep going on a rolling monthly retainer for new workflows and improvements, hand the project to your own team, or stop. The repository is yours either way.
When are you not the right partner?
If you need a regulated product, such as medical or financial, on day one, a team of ten next month, or a pitch deck rather than software. Once compliance is in place, we can help with regulated products.
Tell us the idea.
We will tell you what week one looks like.
A few lines about the idea is plenty. No pitch deck needed, and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.
