A live voice co‑pilot that coaches sales reps during calls
A prototype for an equipment-rental enterprise: it listens to a call, suggests what to say next and writes the summary afterwards.

The problem
Inside-sales reps need guidance while they are on the phone, and manager review of calls is slow.
What we built
- A live call screen with a streaming transcript and a suggestion panel covering intent, sentiment and escalation
- A post-call summary agent and a call-history view
- A voice session with push-to-talk and barge-in, and a customer-simulator agent so reps can practise
- A knowledge base of equipment, billing, procedures and policies, with six agent configurations and a responsible-AI policy
Stack
- Next.js
- LiveKit
- WebSockets
- TypeScript
- Tailwind
Where it landed
- Demonstrated on seeded data; not run against live customer calls
