The problem
Good research dies in notes. Turning sources into a cited, consistent article takes more manual formatting than the thinking itself.
What we built
- Content agents with schemas, validators and hooks that block a bad article before it publishes
- A notebook in a typed markdown format as the source of truth, synced to the website
- A tool that checks, indexes and imports notes, including converting citations into linked sources
- A daily sources pipeline from Hacker News, Lobsters, GitHub and arXiv
Stack
- Next.js
- Python
- Markdown
- Zod
- Vercel
Where it landed
- The checking tool has 74 passing tests
- Powers the research and notes on this site
