## Problem

School timetables clash on teachers, rooms and student groups, and most tools only tell you after you have built the whole grid.

## What we built

- A scheduling core that models continuous time, sessions with several teachers or rooms, and split batches
- A validator that separates hard conflicts from soft warnings and reports teacher workload
- An interactive builder app for teachers, rooms, subjects and cohorts

## Outcome

- Shelved after the first phase; the scheduling core has automated tests
